Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a health check of the existing site, fix urgent issues and then move it onto a maintenance plan.
How often are updates and backups done?
Frequency is agreed in your plan — for example weekly or monthly updates and daily or weekly backups — based on how often your site changes.
What if my site is hacked?
We help restore a clean backup, remove malicious code where possible, close the security gap and strengthen protection. Response terms depend on your plan.
Are content updates included?
Plans can include a content-update allowance. Larger changes are quoted separately.
